Please help your child and the school by ensuring that:-

  • Children go to bed at a reasonable time the night before each test.
  • Children are on time and have breakfast before they arrive at school – although toast will be provided for all children
  • Children arrive on time – they are welcome to come early and join in Breakfast Club is this is more convenient
  • No doctor/dentist appointments are booked in this week
  • If your child is seriously ill and unable to attend school, please notify us as soon as possible.

Whilst these tests are very important and we want children to attain as highly as possible, it is equally important to remember they are only 10 and 11 years old. The children need our encouragement to try their hardest without putting undue pressure on them. Please help your child to be as relaxed as possible as this is the best state of mind for them to perform at their best.

We wish all the children well and are confident their hard work will prove worthwhile.

Please contact school if you have any further questions.
